HALA is a technology education initiative introduced by Mr. A.R.M. Rissni Azam, Lead Instructor at the Vocational Training Authority, Sri Lanka, to help students develop practical skills in information communication technology, networking, artificial intelligence and digital technologies.
Through free video lessons, mentoring, workshops and career guidance, students can learn at their own pace and build practical technology skills for their future.
